Inuyasha was perched on one of the lower branches of the sacred tree. Tapping his foot against the trunk impatiently, he waited for Kagome. His ears perked as he heard the front door slam. Kagome called his name. "It's 'bout time, Kagome. Let's go." ******************** Less than five sentences? Harsh... No matter. I love a challenge.

Kagome heard Inuyasha call to her from the sacred tree. That Inuyasha! We haven't seen each other in three days and he's already getting on my nerves. Can't he be happy to see me just once? Kagome walked past Inuyasha and on towards the dry well and she opened the door without even acknowledging Inuyasha. Hmph! She thought.

Inuyasha looked curiously at Kagome. Tempermental. Again. Whatever, he thought to himself as he walked through the doorway to the well. The glow from the freshly activated well died down. Inuyasha jumped back in, following Kagome.

Kagome was on the other side of the well before she knew it, and the sights and sounds of the feudal era filled her senses. Kagome sighed, she shouldn't already be upset with Inuyasha after all he did come to get her. She sat down on the rough wooden side of the well and waited for Inuyasha. He came through and looked down at Kagome quizically. Kagome jumped up... "All right, Inuyasha! Let's go get some shikon jewel shards!"

Before we go on, what time frame are we in? Is it somewhere during the running of the show, where the show ends off, or at some other point in time? Feudal era-ishly speaking, of course.
