I love to draw. What you all don't know is how much I love to draw. Behold: This has to be my best work. At the bottom, it says N33N, with one of the 3's backwards. Those aren't really 3's, but two people kissing, one is upside down. The N's were from the Nyu Shussei RPG I did (hence the -=}N{=- at the end of all of my posts). This was my character in that RPG. A small anime submission I did for Xin. This last one I had to use my computer for. I didn't use my comptuer for the whole thing, just most of the coloring, and certain glittering effects. The Kanji is the backround was something my girlfriend told me to add, but she wouldn't tell me what it said, just that it would fit in this piece. This all has nothing to do with InuYasha, I've noticed. Oh well, art is art, and InuYasha is fairly easy to draw. :lol: -=}N{=-

I think your art is awesome. I personally can't draw at all. Your art is so detailed and I love it all. I wish I had that kind of talent. I'm quite impressed. Great Job!!

does anyone think they can give me a drawing lesson?

It's kind of hard for me to get you to understand when I can't physically show you. Tips: -Draw lightly so that things can be erased completely -Drawing hand positions first is always good so you can get overlapping features in -Make sure the head and the body are proportional -Blending and shading tools help to make shadow and blurs; don't try to draw them -When doing sketches, making multiple light dashes in the same direction helps to get a rough image and a folded clothing look, like the first picture above -Don't try and draw the eyes while you're making the drawing. Draw eyes on a separate sheet of paper so you know what you want, first. This is because eyes are the hardest, and you don't want to have to erase the eyes, because other things will go with them on accident -Unless you're drawing anime, noses are not arrows, (<) but thy come from between the eyes and extend downward That's about all I can say in terms of things I can tell you without showing you. Wow that's great advice Fumetsu! I used to be good at drawing still life mostly plants and objects I've tried to draw characters or people but I have problems making them look good. I guess if I practiced more it might help but I've never really given it much thought. Thanks for the tips though I'll try them out next time I'm feelin' artsy :)
